Cost of residency includes:
  • Unfurnished apartment.
  • One well prepared meal per day. Additional meals $5.00 each.
  • Weekly housekeeping, Annual spring cleaning.
  • All utilities (except phone and cable, noted below)
  • Scheduled activity program.



    • Residency Fee Does Not Include:
  • Personal items, personal toiletries, or medications.
  • Medical Expenses, doctor fees, therapists, or special nurses.
  • Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy.
  • Cable TV, telephone services, voice mail, long distance phone calls.
  • Beautician service



    • Room Reservations:
    A one time, non-refundable processing fee of $1000 plus one month's rent is required to reserve a room. The first month's rent will be refunded if reservation is canceled.

    Please Note: Garden Manor Village, Inc. tenants need to be totally independant. We offer no assistance with activities of daily living and we are not a part of Garden Manor Assisted Living.
